im more like you...i dont go over 10 working setts per bodypart. got to do very high intensity. if you train hard enough you wont be able to do a great volume of sets...i used to think more sets=more mass..wow was i wrong. ive put on great size and strenth using lower setsSquaggleboggin said:I do approximately 9 working sets.
