how many shakes do you drink a day

0 - 2. Never more than 2.
 
mine is 3 right now - 1 when i wake up 1 after training and 1 b4 bed i am currently dieting to lose bodyfat
 
Sometimes if I am in a hurry I have one for breakfast, and one post workout, and that is if I workout that day. If I don't workout and I'm not in a rush there are days I won't have any.

I have heard a lot of people recommend limiting them to two per day, but to be honest I can't remember the exact reasons why. Maybe one of the moderators could help on that point if it is true.
 
i put on weight pretty easily and mt thinking is i needed to cut out oatmeal/milk for breakfat in order to help me cut - when i decide to bulk again i may introduce oatmeal with milk to my diet -

i heard no more then 2 a day from somewhere but i was under the impression that was just to make sure you eat whole foods - but for me its the only way i can get my protein intake whilst cutting slowly

Yeah, it probably don't matter as long as it fits into your daily macros.
 
I eat 5 egg whites 1 whole egg and 1 scoop of whey with 1/2 cup of oats with 4 strawberrys and water.That's breakfast.Post workout I take in 52g of protein from whey,and between meal 4-5 I take 52g of whey in again.
 
1 at most, sometimes 0 if I don't work out and if I didn't plan it in my schedule.
 
depends on my training and work schedule...anywhere from 1-4
