3.

I usually have one in the am, one right after I workout, and
one right before bed. yeah, right before bed, see if my metabolism can burn that off before I wake up!

If it weren't for protein shakes and multivitamins, I would never make my diet!

I usually blend Muscle Milk with some Optimimum Protein, otherwise I would get sick! So I could be the wussie, yeah what do you expect from someone who's only 125 lbs!!! aaaarrrrrgh!

Peanut Butter rocks!!!! gotta make some more protein bars, come to think of it. Peanut butter & banana is pretty good. Peanut butter & banana & strawberry, or peanut butter & banana and chocolate. when in doubt, add peanut butter! hehe.

what do u put in the blender when making a protein shake? protein, ice, peanut butter and milk?

close tie between 2 shakes and 3 shakes here are the people who put 3 shakes taking MRP because i know when you use MRP they say take it 3 times a day

When I was bulking I was taking in anywhere from 4-5, but I was also eating 5-6 real meals a day. I was eating like an animal. I currently only take in 2 a day,1 post w/o (46g's protein) and one before bed w/ my natty PB.

I would put protein, ice, water/milk, PB/whipping cream, bannana/strawberries, and oats. Wen I was taking a shake was the deciding factor as to whether or not I put the fats in or not as well as the oats. By throwing oats into the shake it makes it one of the best meal replacements I have ever had.

But yes, real food is always better then shakes, you should only use the to suppliment your diet not be your diet.

Two a day. And only six days a week, I'm always doing some sort of activity (not the same for six days in a row). I make one big shake the night before, pour it into two containers and put it into the fridge. It's ready to go as my mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.

I get 50% of my daily protein requirements from protein supplements.

I usually get between three and four a day.

As stated previously though, its good to mix it up with some solid protein sources, as well as carbs and fats.

I do one double dose shake immediatly after an insulin spike on workout days. I try a slower delivery mechanism most other times between meals where cottage cheese is my staple between meals.

I usually have one protein shake after working out. If anything else Ill have a protein bar in place of a rushed meal or something

I have about 50............but some really arent shakes just mild tremors

you may have mild or the early form of parkinson's... i'd get that checked if i were you....:D

It's tough trying to get the right amount of protein each day when you weigh 200 lbs. I seem to be eating the same thing a lot of the time. Does anybody ever have a day when they don't eat the recommended amound of 1 gram per lb or body weight?

How many scoops do most people put in their shake and how many grams of protein would be in each shake?
