How many times a week do you train each group?

How many times a week do you work each group of muscles?

I train 1x, i hope thats enough for hypertrophy. So, 1 time everyweek i will be training legs, shoulders, etc. That gives me about 3 sessions a week.

Tell me about you.
 
2x's. frequency is optimal.
 
what do you mean by "frequency is optimal"? Are you saying that 2x is optimal?

DO you think that 1x week as i do is ok?

I mean that more frequent workouts with lower volume spread out over the week is more optimal then one session of high volume of one muscle group.

1) metabolic recovery takes place within' 48hrs after training. Why wait an entire week to train the muscle again?

2) you body doesn't know body parts. it only knows movement patterns. So, you are never just using chest or just using shoulders. You are using everything. It would make sense to train that way. Also, training body parts can lead to structural imbalances around various joints which would increase the risk of injury.
