How many times do you train a week
 
5 days a week, one complete "cycle."
 
Just 3 times a week (usually Monday, Wednesday, Saturday), covering the entire body.

4 days a week, usually Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri, with each body part (except abs) once a week.
 
4 times a week .. currently M-T-Th-F .. I've done 5 day and 3-day splits during the past 6 - 9 months but I like this one the best ...
 
Six times a week, M-Sat. I added another day because I started taking 1-test and 4-ad and I was told to up the training.
 
There is no 6th day option and I used to only take one day off a week :D
 
i go 3 on 1 off
 
ouch eheh i got 3times a week to 4times maximum :)

Wed or Thu - Shoulders and triceps or biceps (what I didn't do on sunday)
