I recently posted a thread on this topic but soon after my computer crashed and was unable to reply to any queries that w8lifter asked, sorry

My stats are 24 y/o, 154 lbs, 5'8"..
Firstly, i have not got a diet planned organised yet as im new to this field, and i would like to know how many calories i should be consuming on a daily basis?
Secondly, how many meals do you guys recommend per day? 5, 6, 7 etc ??
I currently eat 3 meals a day, but as ive read b4, this is not an appropriate way to spread ur meals out suring the day.
Lastly, im planning to cut first, then go on a clean bulk. So would i need to gradually reduce my calories later on down the track when still on a cut, and if so, by how much per day/week?
