How much cardio on this stack?

I wanted to know how much cardio is the norm for this stack I will be soon starting.
Ht: 5'11
Wt: 225lbs
bf%:12
eating a clean diet around 3000 calories a day(more or less?)
right now I do roughly 15- 30 minutes (cardio) after each work out, hitting a heavy bag.
5 workouts a week.

stack:
winny, EQ, clen.
I plan on cutting, but how much cardio should I do? of course I want to keep as much muscle as possible.

I'll do up to an hour a day for at least 5-6 days a week...

you picked an OK stack...I would have thrown in some form of test, bagged the EQ and added Tren and T3...

One hour at once or split in two sessions? I guess an hour stretch might not be so catabolic with enough androgens. Plus, he is doing his cardio post-workout. I wouldn't do an hour of cardio post-workout. I'd have my PWO shake and wait two hours or so. Then take some BCAAs and hit up the cardio.

I split it up...like Tues was leg day so AM Wednesday I went it and did 60 minutes of low-intensity on the treadmill went home and stretched for 20. Today I warm up with 15 minutes on the treadmill did shoulders AM then did 16 minutes of Max-OT cardio went home and stretched. Tonight I will go back warm up with 15 minutes on the treadmill, do triceps and do 15 minutes of light treadmill after that.

I have to switch it up on a daily basis or it gets to boring for me...fortunately there are always tons of girls with their boobies hanging out doing cardio so it's never "that" boring... :laugh: I love Vegas...

one of the problems with that stack is that it is low on androgens...you can't go overboard on the cardio using mild stuff like that. Splitting up the weight training and cardio like you said would definetly be better for him...

Oh yeah, another question. I have been taking Methyl1 test from Legal gear, which works good, but seems to just be andro holding water. Should I continue on it throughout the stack, Since (LAM) said to add a test, figured it could not hurt.
I thought about the T3, but I do not have much experience with it, plus Clen has worked well for me before. Is T3 a lot better than clen?
 
If you have been taking M1T, you need to get off it, do PCT, wait a few months, and then do a cycle of juice. Learn about the HPTA if you want your balls to work in the future.

How long have you been running the M1T? Don't run it longer than a month. it is hell on your liver, and you need to run a proper PCT and give yourself some time to get your natural test levels back up. Rather than running M1T at the beginning of a cycle with test, why not just run Dbol the first 4 weeks, than if you want add the winny in the last 4?
 
I have ran the M1T about a month. Today was my last day.
