I'm 22 6'4 224 tryin to loose a little around the waist but gain muscle. I'm on like a low carb diet i guess. I lift like 4 times a week when i get to the gym i start with 10 min on the eliptical and get my heart rate past the suggested cardio rate but at 10 min my right foot is numb so i go lift then i get on it for another 10 min walk the numb off and do it again. how much cardio should i be doing to loose about 15 pounds? thanks
