Since I'm still relatively new to bodybuilding I'm always curious about what other are doing.

Have you gained a lot of muscle in the past 6 months?

Have you lost fat, gained fat?

What kind of routine and diet were you doing that got you your results?

Are there any big guys (like myself) who have lost a lot of fat and packed on muscle recently?

Whats your story?

i gain about 10 pounds i would hope mostly muscle, hope to gain 10 more in 6 months

ive gained 20 pounds, mostly muscle, but definately a little fat in there. plan to gain at least 20 more then start cuttin.

i just eat as much as i can. doing a chest/tri/shoulders, legs, back/bi 3-day split. i just started this, however, i was doing full body 3 days a week. i see better results with this, esp. since im eating more again.

I was at 190 lbs, bulked up to 200- began to cut about 2 months ago, now at 180

but I'm bulking again, this time with PH and creatine, hopefully I'll get to 200 again, and then cut back to 180

I'm not crazy- just trying to build up some muscle and then cut down so that I progressively lose bodyfat, and keep some size

Wish I was 165,

Where can I get some DNP

j/k

165 ??? I'll TRADE WITH YOU..LOL

I'm only 5'6"......ha ha, 165 is still overweight

6 months = 15-20 pounds... Not sure if all muscle. I'm at about 12-14% Bodyfat.

I went from 204 to 212 at about 13-14 percent bodyfat. My strength levels have skyrocketed though.

Was 195lbs, now 182
BF was 18.7, now 12.7
Time = 6 months

I have gained something like 15 pounds in the past 6 months. I just started a new routine and the results look promising. I may have to tweak it a little bit, and of course change the lifts periodically, but I can't wait until 6 months passes on my new program. I expect to gain another 10 pounds or so. That would satisfy me.
