Im wondering how much protein is TO much for a body? For a person lets say around 160, and consumes around 170g Protein and lifts daily, how much protein is to much , which eventually will turn to fat?
Protein is damned near impossible to turn into fat. That's not the issue. Supposedly too much protein is hard on one's kidneys. However, drinking a lot of water can help curb this side effect.

it takes far more energy for the body to convert excess protein to triglycerides and store them as fat as it does to excrete the excess. proteins are only be converted to triglycerides in measurable amounts in times of extreme famine...
You should take in anywhere from at the least 1g of protein/lb of your body weight to around 1.4g/lb. So according to my windows calulator, that would put someone around 160 at 160g to 224g of protein/day.
Personally IMO I feel that anything more than 1.5g/lb or so isnt necessary. You should include a balance of both complex carbs and EFA's in your diet as well.
