How much protien and calories???

Im 5'10 and and I just started a cycle and I have little fat to no fat on my body.I was just wondering how much and what type of protein or mass building supp I should use on top of my gear for just straight gains. thanks for any ideas.
 
Post up your diet to see if you even need supplements.

How much activity do you get on top of lifting?

What gear are you on?

Everyone is different.. Cant just eat like someone else and get the same results.. You have to tailor it to your body. I eat 60f 550c 365p Im 6-2 250

Go pay a nutrionalist or a fucking dietician or get a fucking coach. I'm tired of helping retards.
 
1-1.5 g protein per lbs. of bodyweight is safe, depending on training. need more info. remember, a surplus in any macro (whether it's carbs, protein, or fat) can result in storage as adipose tissue (body fat), especially without adequate training.
