I'm going to assume that you are asking in good faith and you are not just putting up this question in order to pimp your drugs.

The recommended dosage is 50mg, 1 hour prior to sexual activity. It may be taken outside of the 1 hour window and still be effective.

Dosage may be increased to 100mg as needed.
