Sounds like your test levels are in the dumps, which is to be expected at your age.
I would look into HRT. Check out the HRT section on this site for more detail. May be something you should look into.

If your test levels are low, then you don't need to lift. If you were to get on a "Cycle" you need to lift but those are two different things. TRT is running a low dose of test because your body does not produce enough.

Negged. Man up, there is no such thing. I would be begging to be in your position, and I'd hit it 3-4 times a day 7 days a week.

Seriously, get your test levels checked. 100-200mg a week with 20mg cialis and you'll turn into a machine that she will want to turn off.

Well i cut back on my OT & we been doing alotta other things like jet ski'n & hiking that have led up to less time for sex but more intense longer lasting sex & a lil wild side sex so im cool with the way things are going but ya i def think i got low test problem so im getting in to see cery shortly
