I have been doing the Body-for-Life program of nutrition followed by weight training 3 days a week, and cardio about 5 days a week. I am trying to lose weight first, then I will start to worry about adding mass. My question is, how much water should I be drinking. I try for about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a day, but I heard from a guy around work that it is too much water. Any input on how much is too much.
