How much water?

In 1 week i will be starting my workout. I will be taking San V12, Protein shakes, Multi- Vitamins, and L-Arginine each day.

How much water intake do you think i should take each day? 1 gal? 2 gal?

And can i take too much?
 
1 gal minimum. depending on your size, level of activity, how much you sweat, time of year, etc. you can easily go over 2 gals a day.

when you feel "thirsty" the body is already dehydrated, the key is to never get to that point but don't force feed yourself water either.
 
Cool. I'm currently like 5'11" at 160 lbs. My goal is to get to 175 lbs.

Is this a reasonable goal?

O, and i already drink alot of water as it is so that helps.
 
try to get 1.5-2 gals a day
