Ok.. when i do ab exercises i can do an awful lot of weight, like when i do cable crunches I can do the biggest stack i can find at my gym. Is this normal?

How much weight can you guys do for, cable crunches, decline crunches, russian twists? Does this mean I had bad form or something?

id have to see ur form, but i know when i do abs i don't use a lot of weight. i go slow n get a nice 3 second squeeze n then repeat for high reps.

what?! i posted a question about good ab workouts here a while ago and everyone told me to do weighted cable crunches, weighted decline crunches, and weighted russian twists?

was I told false information? (my goal is to have a nice 6pack etc. once i cut)

ok the faq didnt answer what I should be doing.

I know i have to diet but i also know that i have to build up my ab muscles while im bulking. I was told that ending every work out with 1 ab strength movement and 1 stability movement was good.

I do planks (side and regular) for about 2 min so i have that under control too. Which brings me to how do i do hip abduction while doing a plank. Do I extend my leg perpendicular to my body and leave it or keep abducting and adducting it?

Thanks a tonne
