how often do u train a musclegroup when on roids???

hey guysss whats going on???
I want to start taking D-bol for a couple of weeks but i am unsure on how many times a week u should train each musclegroup.
Is it once a week like naturally or do u get benefits from training more????

Train as you were, Just consume more food. I'm guessing...
 
I train more currently, but I am using more than just dbol - and way longer than a couple weeks.
 
I trained my ass off and tried to lift more for more reps everyday. I used the logic that if I was going to lose some of what I was gaining at the end, the more I gained during my cycle the less that I would lose. If I was like 100% increase and even if I lost 30%, I still was coming out 70% stronger than when I started. Thats just what worked for me. Now ,be bout it!

What exactly did u do...? How many times did u train each musclegroup?
 
OH HELL YEAH! It worked hella. Please remember that bodybuilding is not what I was after, But I did come out looking like a muscled up Bruce Lee. I hang out with some big cats that put me through a program that is really simple, I worked whats called 10x10. I started out doing 10 sets of 10 of the majority of all my excerises. Like Tri pull downs, lats pull downs, seated mil. press, bench press.leg extenions, squats,calfs,quaids hams. I did tricip kickbacks, bic curls, hammer curls,flys 5 sets of 10. OF CORSE I started out with a reasonable weight, but the theory behind their thinking was that I would build muscle and endurance, as my intentions were not to get really big ,just strong and quicker, But also that the juice would allow for my workouts to support those intense kinda workouts due to a shorter recovery time needed. It worked and I got really strong but I went from 144lbs to 172 in 10 weeks and that scared the shit outta me.I also ate tons of BCAAs and Glutamine before and after everyworkout. I also backed up on my cardio a bit, But now I weigh 154 at around 4 or 5 % bodyfat.And I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life(but I never did roids before that either) Once again I'm no Guru I just know what happened to me. It may depend on the gear you're on , genetics, a lot if shit may or may not factor in. PEACE

on the flip side you could overtrain and not get anywhere :p. But gear increases resistance to overtraining im told (never done the stuff before)
 
I was quite fortunate maybe. I never felt weak or anything, But I was on CRAZY juice, and I notice a difference in the way my body feels from then,as we speak, but not anything really major.II do know that I'm a hellva lot stronger than before, other than that I do not know enough about the absolute impact of anabolics on me at this point to voice an educated opinion in total. I'm just rollin the punches homey!

It isn't necessarily that. Being in an anabolic state you are recovering much faster as well as having a much higher rate of protien synthesis. Depending on how much gear you run you really can train like a mad man and get away with it, that is depending of course. As long as you are eating hella food you will be fine upping the training vollume quite a bit.
 
I'm actually on a 4 day routine and taking virtually no time off.

overtraining is relative to the individuel is all i will say, some freaks do extremely well with volume and others of us do better with a modified hit style training programs
 
When eating on 'roids, does the type of food matter. Does it still have to be clean?

depends on your goals obviously.

if you're cutting, then eat clean, as fatty junk type food will be counterproductive.

if bulking, you can pretty much eat anything in general, depending on your metab. me personally, i have a very fast metab., so i could eat nothing but mcdonalds everyday while "on" and i wouldnt get fat.
typically, while bulking, you can eat anything. but the more clean the foods you're eating, the better nutrients/digestion etc., hence the difference b/w clean food and junk food.

so, to answer your question, while cutting, eat clean. while bulking, its better to eat clean, but you don't have to be as picky...

Yep, depends. I set a limit to 2" extra on my waist, so at the moment I am holding bodyweight for awhile. If I go back to clean carbs then maybe I could fix that up a tad.
