OH HELL YEAH! It worked hella. Please remember that bodybuilding is not what I was after, But I did come out looking like a muscled up Bruce Lee. I hang out with some big cats that put me through a program that is really simple, I worked whats called 10x10. I started out doing 10 sets of 10 of the majority of all my excerises. Like Tri pull downs, lats pull downs, seated mil. press, bench press.leg extenions, squats,calfs,quaids hams. I did tricip kickbacks, bic curls, hammer curls,flys 5 sets of 10. OF CORSE I started out with a reasonable weight, but the theory behind their thinking was that I would build muscle and endurance, as my intentions were not to get really big ,just strong and quicker, But also that the juice would allow for my workouts to support those intense kinda workouts due to a shorter recovery time needed. It worked and I got really strong but I went from 144lbs to 172 in 10 weeks and that scared the shit outta me.I also ate tons of BCAAs and Glutamine before and after everyworkout. I also backed up on my cardio a bit, But now I weigh 154 at around 4 or 5 % bodyfat.And I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life(but I never did roids before that either) Once again I'm no Guru I just know what happened to me. It may depend on the gear you're on , genetics, a lot if shit may or may not factor in. PEACE
