Depending on what shift I am on my workout split might very. My lifting order is as follows.

M-legs-quadraceps
T-chest,triceps
W-back,biceps
Th-shoulders
F-hamstrings,calves
S-rest
S-rest
I do 3 exercise for 3x6-10reps
