How serious are you about diet?

Arkitech, I like MF Doom, Madlib, Yesterday's New Quintet, Brassmunk, The Circle, Monolith, Devin the Dude, Percee P, Dangermouse, Juggaknotz, El Da Sensei, J-Zone, Louis Logic, stuff of that nature, but really I'm into hip-hop in all forms, whether it's 50 Cent or Non-Prophets or Juice Crew or Immortal Technique or Missy Elliott...hip-hop really is actually my life, and my profession as we speak, so, yeah, grew up on it, it'll always be my lifetime obsession.

Sunday through thursday I am very clean, but on the weekends while all my freinds are going to Mcdonalds and stuff, I have to resort to a Subway, Quizno's or some other deli place.
 
I am pretty good with my diet Monday thru Friday afternoon, then I go into this junk food land, but I try no to go over maintence. I eat a lot of bad stuff on my cheats.:barf:
 
I am pretty strict with the eating part of my diet but I like the alcohol when I go out.
 
I eat healthy because I like to. It is easy when you like what you eat. I do go for the pizza/ethnic food/junk food item now and then but I do not go crazy or get lazy.
 
I do a clean bulk at about 4000 calories but I reserve 500 calories more to not necessary food. :)
 
While bulking I have 2-3 cheat meals per week and spread it out over two days, which usually end up being my days off from work.

While cutting I am more serious. I cheat about once every 2-4 weeks.
