After not lifting for 5 weeks due to school and finals, by bench went down 20 lbs or so. In my routine, I do:

Monday - Chest, shoulders, tri
Tuesday - Back, biceps, legs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Chest, shoulders, tri
Friday - Back, biceps legs

So to get back to par I'm planning on adding 5 lbs each chest workout for the first two weeks (10 lbs per week). But my question is should I do all of my sets at a given weight like 165 for 4x5, or should I do increasing-weight sets like 145, 155, 165, 175, or do the first method on monday and the second method on thursday?

Right now I am focusing on just getting my bench back to normal as thats the only exercise that went down a lot. Any tips?

sets, reps, exercises???????????????????

For mondays and thursday I am currently doing:

Bench 4x5
Military DB Press 4x5
Dips 4x5
Tri ext 4x5

Tuesday and Friday:

Weighted pullups 4x5
Bent DB Rows 4x5
Curls 4x5
Squats 4x5

Bench 4x5.....do incline or Decline for the second workout
Military DB Press 4x6
Dips 4x6......don't see any reason for 8 sets of triceps...drop this and do something else
Tri ext 4x6....skull crushers right?

Tuesday and Friday:

Weighted pullups 4x6
Bent DB Rows 4x6
Curls 2x6...sets of 10 on the second workout
Squats 4x5....second workout do Dead lifts
I would do higher reps on the second workout...like 10-12
You need to throw in some trap work also

Alright, that sounds like good advice. Should I keep doing the same workout when I get back to normal weight amounts?

Also, should I wait to start my CEE again until I lift without it for a few weeks?
