Yes simply cross your arms over the weight on your chest. You can do leg lifts with a dumbell, knee raises, twisting crunches, side crunches focusing on one side of the obliques. Anything is possible at home you just need to get creative.Someone said:I dont really go to the gym but, i just do crunches at home on the floor. Is it still possible to do weighted ones?
