Lets be honest. Fitness and working out has never been so demanding as it is today. Everyone wants to look, and feel good not to mention be healthy. But as you may or may not know, exercising and working out just isn't enough sometimes to get the goals you achieve. The first thing you need to understand is that you need a good diet plan. This is a must! Diet is 80% of it and the rest is working out. When i say "diet",it doesn't necessarily mean that you diet to loose weight but to make sure your eating clean and gettin enough protien/carb ratio in your diet. eating 5-6 small meals a day vs. 2-3big meals is much more beneficial because eating more times a day speeds up your metabolism so your body is always burning calories. eating 1-2 big meals a day slows down your metabolism causing you to gain weight in the wrong areas.
The second thing you need to know is that you need to take some kind of supplements to help your body repair after extensive working out. I would recommend A good protien powder and some L-Glutamine for your post work out shake. And after you try that plan for a while and you hit a plateau and you are looking for other alternatives to putting size on,try this site. Shopelitelab.com. They have some of the best gear and prices. This is where i get my goodies from. Usa based and great service. Hope this has been helpful to you. Good luck and train hard!
