I recently moved to another city and can't afford a gym membership (loan payments made me literally broke). I continue to use running, pushups, and pullups for my base workout but until I get some money saved for a gym membership, I'm forced to do what I can with very little. Many websites tell you the same thing over and over but I'm looking for a little more variance. I would love some advice, routines, anything that would help me regain my composition and gain some of that weight I worked so hard for in the past. Thanks for the help.
