new to this forum! a little bit about me....
44 yrs old, married {this time for nearly 16 yrs!} 2 boys one with autism, love lifting weights, trying to get back in shape. my program is working, except i have a fat pillow on my abs that refuses so far to get with the plan and leave. but i will win. i really look forward to learning new stuff here... thanks!!
