thanks in advance, and also for all the indirect advice through all the info ive gotten in the past while

I don't know anything about training for a Triathalon, but the meals look decent.

Why are you cutting?

Carbs are your friend for activities like this FYI.

Have I made them the enemy?... aka should I eat more carbs?

Edit: The biking is a daily not weekly activity (I guess that would be an indication I need more carbs)

I'm cutting just because I feel my bf% is a little high (i dont know what it is, but it looks like I have too much fat on my body, too much by my standards that is).

Anything I can change, just in general not specificaly for triathalon training?

Mmmmhm...
I think I'll just add some more brocolli in Meal 2.

Thanks!

I steam them, never tried eating them raw, but I could do either, good thing is I love brocolli. Would raw be better?

I know sometimes vegetables can be hard to eat, and eating them raw is best. However, if you cannot eat them raw, and if you decide to cook them, try cooking with with alittle tomato paste and onions. It does wonders for things like cauliflower, broccoli, or even spinach. For spinach, you can also cook with onions and garlic, and little bit of seasoning.

Yes, raw is MUCH better for you.

I would say it is negligible, as long as the Veggie isn't over cooked.

Steaming is probably your best as there is less leaching of nutrients.

If you hate eating vegetables, then cooking them would be a good idea, as it would take less time to chew and swallow... especially broccoli.

Confusion on quotes I guess.

I was just questioning the eating raw vs. Cooked.

But yeah your other options are good as well.

Raw sounds good to me... plus veggies are probably some of the best tasting things out there all natural... sure beats cottage cheese and tuna outta da can thats for sure!
