HST training and cutting need help and advice from people!

i want to cut for about 6 _ 8 weeks using monday 15 reps, wednesday10 reps and friday 5 reps every week. I want to do this so i can accurately find out my rep maxes; i know i would need more then one week but obsiously not 6 or 8 weeks, but i thought i might as well carry on the scheme to be accurate. After which i will SD, take 9 days off and start the HST program. Will it be okay to do this?

planned routine: (note i will squat as well as deadlift so i will do one less less leg and back exercise) my arms do not grow on compounds alone incase it has any bearings...

Squat(2sets)
Benchpress(2 sets) maybe 3 depending on tricep compound exercise
Deadlift(1 set)
Bentover row(2sets)
Militarypress(2sets)
Laterial raise(1set)
EZ curl(2sets)
Narrowgrip Benchpress(2 sets)

also does anyone have a HST calculator that does kg, im not to sure the one on the HST website does kg or pounds plus it wont except "point numbers" like 5.5 etc

i am new here, but why don't you lift heavy and hard all days so u cna try to keep ur overall mass and strength?

I am starting my cut now too and i am doing keto for 12-15 weeks
lifitng 5 days a week 45-60 min sessions. with 30 min cardio whne i wake

Also, what is your nutrition look like? Made ketogenic diet or something to reduce overall cals?

And any cardio?
