Im interested in running slin low dose post workout for 4 weeks. Ill give my proposed layout then you guys can pick it apart. Ive done ample research and spoke to quite a few guys on other boards. I understand the risks and am taking every precaution to make this a safe as possible.
I train every day at 5 am
Wake take one waxy mass shake with creatine and bcaa.
Hit gym for an hr head home do injection 6iu humalog followed imediatly by another shake with extra carbs and bcaa.
Half hr later breakfast. By then the 2hr lifespan of the humalog should be done. I will have gatorade coke and jellybeans aswell as glucose pills on hand at all times. I also let my wife know whats up so she cannmonitor me for the first bit.
