I think things like this are a bunch of bs for the most part, but HumaPro does have its place. Its great if standard whey does not agree with you and you are on a cut! Stick to the basics........ A quality Whey (I prefer a good blend with a proven ratio on the label), creatine monohydrate, multi vitamin and fish oil. If you enjoy working out fasted in the morning, invest in a good BCAA powder to mix with water. Scivation Xtend is what I recommend and like the best. Also if you are not a coffee drinker, get yourself a good pre-workout and use it to your advantage. Make sure it is not straight stims. You want something that provides you with more than just that.
