Hey guys. Been awhile since Ive devoted myself to a program, and I figure with me having lost 15 lbs, starting a new school year and being right on the cusp of being fit, now is the time!

I love the PRRS program, and have got great results from it in the past. However, my primary goal is fat loss now, as I am already quite built but stubborn fat is hampering my look. I think alot of it may be loose skin (I am about 195lbs down from 260 a couple years ago in grade 10.) but I really want to have the flat stomach I deserve!

I am looking to skyrocket my metabolism and burn fat while weight training, and I have been doing so by doing a crazy power/circuit training program where I cycle all the compound exercises and do 5-7 heavy reps non stop. Its literally about 6-10 minutes of straight, explosive weight training.

My question is, how could I incorporate this type of training with the PRRS fundamentals WITHOUT over training my muscles. I want to have explosive weight training sessions while burning as much fat as possible. btw, my goal is 10-15 lbs of fat loss by december. Anyone have any suggestions or has done a PRRS cycle with fat loss as the primary goal?

Thanks alot guys! (and girls :)

When i am in contest prep I'll run a week of power then follow it with 2 weeks of rep range then 2 weeks of shock. Staying real strict on the amount of time between sets during rep range and having little to NO break during shock. Basically i keep it to a 2 minute break between sets in rep range and 30 seconds to a minute in shock. This has worked well for me in my contest preps.

So in all it will look like this: P/RR/RR/S/S

hey thanks for the advice... I think I will do something like this! I actually want to enter my first amateur bodybuilding contest... I think itd be great motivation, and I think I could do it (with a little bit of PRRS and a helluva lotta motivation!
