That bench is not impressive at any age. And I don't post videos here because A) My content would be fucking moderated, as it always is on this mother fucking board. So why would I post quality content? B) I don't regularly find it necessary or conducive to my workouts to videotape myself while I train.
This pisses me off even more than leaving weights on the bar.
Even when I use 120s, I rarely drop them (through fatigue when I over-do it). I watch guys drop 80s from two feet up. Some douche-bags even throw them. That's when I have to tell them to knock it off. And every time they give the copout, "I didn't realize..."

Dropping weights is similar to you fucking your mom; I can't stop you, but I can tell you it's wrong.
You have to drop 'em.
You have to do a controlled drop with that amount of weight to avoid injuring yourself trying to put them down.
