Some one help me, I haven't worked out in over a week because of school, going to work, and working out, and eating properly. It's kinda pissin me off too. I've been training for about 2years, im 17. Someone needs to give me a swift kick in the a** and get me motivated or something.

If you truly want to get HUGE, you will find a way to train....so stop whinning, and get to the GYM...

Actually, take the week off if you are too busy, schedule wise. Getting into the gym now, may not be a good Idea, not to mention your workouts might suffer. Get used to your current work / school load and then figure out what the best time to get into the gym will be. It may take a week or two to adjust, but your're young so experiment with times of the day / night to figure out the best time for your body...make sure you take into consideration proper diet and rest...

I don't mean this the way it sounds,...but get used to it. Write up a schedule if you need to. Sucks but sometimes it helps...(course I'm one to talk, since I haven't been back 100% for about a month and a half now)

And if you need to be motivated, I'll send you my "Don't end up like this pic". Me at 240, 5'9-10"

Its all about setting priorities. What is more important to you? With me, i have a full time job, college, working out, and and trying to find time to sleep. Right now if i want to do all those things during the week, i have to get up at 5AM to hit the gym before work, and then go to school after work, and then the library till 11. I can go on 5 hours of sleep a night during the week, but i have to catch up on the weekends. I know how important it is to sleep when training, but i have other things that are more important to me right now.

There is always time. You just have to make room for it. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

If you truley want to work-out, you can make time for it. Even if you only get in 30-40 minutes 2-3 per week.

Where there's a will, there's a way! :)

However, maybe this is a good time to take a break, especially if you are that busy. Take a week or two off, it will only do you good.
