THIS MORNING I GOT ON THE SCALE AND I WAS TWO SIXTY ONE

I TOOK A COUPLE OF PEES AND THE GOT BACK ON THE SCALE

I AM THE LIGHTEST I HAVE BEEN IN AT LEAST 4 YEARS...A LITTLE CLOSER TO GOAL WEIGHT OF 220 TO 235

I GOT ON THE SCALE AND I WAS 259 .4 POUNDS...TO SEE THAT 5 WAS THE START OF A GREAT DAY
