For shaving. He once talked about getting ingrown hairs whilst shaving. There is absolutely nothing better for shaving than coconut oil. It cuts down on ingrown hairs and razorburn. Plus it'll leave your skin smooth for almost the entire day.

It has no petroleum products or it's also less expensive.

And ladies, it's great for your legs too. And fufu, it's great for you legs as well.

It's wasn't MMA. It was Krav Maga.

I paid a crap-load to go to class and the instructor would miss classes a lot, and he wouldn't do any credits. So I didn't renew. A shame though, it was a lot of fun. I ended most of my sparring sessions gushing blood from nose.

I'm thinking of doing Kung-fu.
