Soccer AND weightlifting combined requires lots of calories and sleep. Don't look for supplements to be your only hope. At least 6 meals a day.
And as always stay hydrated, i'm sure you're losing alot of water.
Very good point...too many people think supplements are the answer...supplements are just that...they 're useful at times but only to "supplement" your diet and training.
