Weight Before I Began Working Out In Late August 2010: 142-146
Weight After I Began Working Out: 156-160
Weight Since I've Been Slacking Off: 150-153

Recently picked back up with just some push-ups, ab rolls/sit-ups, biceps and cardio (not that much cardio) and immediately noticing chest growth and a little ab returning.

Not a huge eater. Never get hungry. So I stay lean and so in the right lighting I'm able to see a little ab indentation. Not picking up weight, but I'm fine just cutting what I do have and getting definition.

Had to put the Protein Shake down a while ago though when I was working out harder and more intensely. Just got nastier and nastier and more nauseating as I drank it. Ugh. Not working out enough for it now anyways.

So a little motivation has returned. Just a little 5 minute nightly thing before bed. Nothing special at all.

Still I started reading up on bodybuilding again, came across this site, necromancied a thread and here I am.

Hey, great to start with the isometric workout - read body weight exercises -

I like to do the same when getting back on the training cycle.
