This is my final post on this subject I have nothing to gain from it, just trying to spread the good word.I have been doing the carb back loading program for the last month. My diet before was very clean 6 days a week and i would have a cheat meal on friday nights. I would consume 250-300 grams of quality protien and carbs from brown rice, sweet potatos, oats.I would also throw in a few pieces of fruit a day and some salads. My weight would go up and down(205 summer and 225 winter months) depending on the amount of cardio i would do a day. my lifts stayed around the same, some days better than others.carb backloading I increased my daily calorie intake by more than 2x the amount in the past.my weight has dropped 8lbs in one month and all my lifts are up.today was my squat day I usually stop at 405lbs for one. did 405 4x went to 425 2x then put on 455 for 1x. I have been stopping at 405 for the last 4-5 years due to my growing age lol, but with the proven science behind the carb backloading theory I have felt stronger than ever. I was a huge skeptic myself.I am only stating this so maybe a few of you will give it an honest shot.My good friend also is doing it and he is blown away by the whole thing. This was all done without any aas. thanks for reading.:winkfinger:

brown rice has the highest levels of arsenic, does it concern you having it as a staple in your diet?
