im tired of cooking for myself all the time. Can anyone recommend a good restaurat/cuisine or prepackaged meal thats healthy? Fast food/chain restaurant/frozen meals/etc... im dying here

Yanick said:get used to it. if you want to be a bodybuilder you're gonna have to cook for yourself. or find a BB girl, or hire a chef, but ultimately eating out will have to be a once in a while thing because even if it sounds like clean food you never know how they are preparing it and what portions etc they are using.
