I Really Need Help With My Diet Because...

Alright so my diet is the biggest thing i am working on now i go to school so it is hard for me to eat 5-6 meals a day like some of you guys and i want to develope a bulking diet....PLEASE HELP ME...
 
What do you want help with? No one is going to make you a diet to follow, if that's what you want. Also, are you sure that you can squat 300 pounds? That seems like a lot for a 131 pounds person, I can't squat that much. Make sure you are going parallel or lower.
 
Eat three times a day.
You are too young to be worried with stuff like that, probably your metabolism is already fast.
 
I need help constructing a diet to follow. I Dont know where to start for a bulking diet. Each bulking diet i see is 5-6 meals a day and since i have school i cannot eat a meal 5-6 times a day...you know what im saying?

Yea im posotive that i can squat 300 cause i have a 300 lb olympic weight set and i squat at home with it parallel only 1 rep tho. and no lower than parallel. My legs are the strongest part of my body.
 
I saw your pictures.. You better check out that weight set again, you're not squatting 300. No offense intended.
 
Actually you are all right lol.. I Checked again i counted up the wrong weight on the bar haha my bad....it was actually 205 i can rep 255 i can max....sry about the mis-calculation there :scratch: i feel like an idiot haha

Actually, 205-255 is still a great squat for a 15 year old. Good for you.

yes Vieope also lol sry my metabolism is very fast....i cant seem to gain weight i think i might reduce cardio to 1-2x a week

It depends on what time you get home from school. For example, I eat breakfast before I leave for school, then I eat at 3 (when I get home), then 5, then 7, then 9, with light snacks in between if possible.
 
You can still eat every 3 -4 hours if you go to school ..
I usually eat at 8:30am right before leaving for school , then I eat my lunch at 11:30 - 12:00 , then again when I get home at 3:00.
Or Today I ate at 7:00am , then drank a shake during class at 9:00am , ate lunch once again at 11:30 - 12:00 and when I got home at 3:00
