I Really Need Help!!!! :(

ok I was on this diet since september, I ginaed weigth from it but now, I'm so sick of the foods I'm eating, to tj point where I soemtimes vomit just by eatign them or just feel sick so I just force it down......

I just want tog ain 10 more pounds until march -april then I want to start cutting down.....

can some one please help me with A NEW diet Plan, just to gain 10-15pounds in like 2-3 months until I start cutting....

Goal is to gain a bit more weight plus muscle....beofre I cut....

breakfats usually

2 whole eggs, 4-5 egg whites, fish oil pills(sometimes I forget)
sometime for breakfast they have this good breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 toast, bacon, hasbrown, with choc milk.

meal 2: whoel wheat bread, turkey slices, low fat plain yougurt with 1/3 of granola, fruit, and cup of green veggies.

meal 3: whey portien(1.5 scoops) with milk or water

meal 4: 2 can of tuna, low fat yougurt cup with granola, veggies, fruit(1/2 apple) 2 pills

meal 5: ually chiken brwast, with rice or potatoe, veggies

meal 6: oat bran, 1.5 scoop whey...

I WILL BE HONEST. LATELY I HAVENT BEEN EATING ALL THAT DIE TO THE FACT I'M SO SICK OF IT, I HAVE BEEN EATIGN THE SAME THING FOR OVER 4 MONTHS.....YES I DO CHEAT MORE THAN I SHOULD BUT DONT SEE MUCH GAIN WHEN I CHEAT....

I just want a new diet, with new food, id eat what i'm eating now but i need more variety and new stuff just for a few months,

meal 6: oat bran, 1.5 scoop whey...whey Is better post workout not prebed ...prebed meal should consist of slow digesting protein +efa's and if you want some carbs

add EFA'S ,when do you workout ??
if you don't know what calories do you need then read the diet stickies it would help you ....
after the two weeks if you don't gain weight then probably you are eating your maintanance ....so add 500 calories and see how it goes.....I'd Suggest that you slow bulk ...if you add more than 1.5 lbs per week then most of it will be fat.....the slower you bulk the more qquality will be your gains and the less time you'll spend cutting....
