I start Creatine Swole V2

I know that probably all of you have been discussing alot about Creatine and answering once again to another questions about creatine can be :mad:

But I'm newbie with it. I buy some Creatine Swole V2 and as per my fitness nutrition guys, this creatine won't make be bloat like some other kind of creatine. dunno

1 scoop is 3 gr tri-creatine, my fitness guys told me to take it in the am and before going bed. So 2 scoop per day. Then I read that after our body is load with creatine we only need 5 grams a day.

I started it 3 weeks ago and stop now for a week. I just don't know how long should I take it, I mean to have my body fill with creatine, do I keep 2 times a day for a week, 2 week, 3 week then after only 1 scoop after my training.

The worst of everything is that I'm always bad with my water's intake, I'm not drinking enough in a day, so that's also an another reason why I stop it.

Should I really dring 1 gallon or 4 liter of water a day. I know I should drank more, but is there a nice gals o girls that could take some few times and coach me.

I'm looking to add more lbm on my frame, so I think it's time for me to add some creatine.

I personally don't cycle creatine, but if you were to cycle it you should be taking it for more than 3 weeks at a time. Different people will give you different advice on loading and how much to take, but as long as you get 5 grams close to your workout it shouldn't matter much.

The creatine won't make you "bloated," it will bring the water into your muscles where you want it.

Swole is a good product. There is no need to load with this type of creatine. You need to drink lot's of water, AT LEAST 4 liters. Not only for health reasons but to also maximize the effect of the product. You can't be stopping for weeks at a time either, be consistant. Take it twice on work-out days and once on off days. and yes it will help strength increases, which in turn if you're eating properly, will lead to increases in LBM.
