is it mostly ZERO BODYFAT...or what

What he means is that the guy in that pic is most likely a pro bodybuilder loaded with drugs. If I were to guess his body fat is probably around 3%. You can get ripped naturally, it takes extreme dieting and discipline.

I'd say for starters he knows exactly what he's eating, years of dedication and since you saw him in an advertisement a bit of morphing wouldnt surprise me.
I encourage you to simply make the best from the genetics your've been given.:)

hi kenshamrock!

in order to get abs like that a constant year long low fat low carb diet would be necessary. working every part of your abdominals with high intensity and high reps 25-35. U would also half to work your abs 3-5 days a week for about 30 min. cardio exercise is also necessary,3- 4 times a week for about 30 min would be optimal. the more u sweat the better. for best results dont eat anything after 8:00 pm, or 3 hours before u go to bed.

I agree with your diet part Ripper but you don't need to work your abs that much, 1-2 times a week is fine, you can't spot reduce so doing all those reps isn't going to burn the fat around the abs.
Ab muscles are like any other muscles, they need time to recover.
 
Scotty da man!~~He is right! You can over work abs like anything else. Also if you work your obliques too much you can actually make them bigger! They are a muscle! And depending on genetics, without steriods, I doubt you would look like that. Just work hard, be the best you can be and be happy with that!
