My number finally works, and all you can do is listen to exactly what they say. If they say wait you cant force them to reship and they cant specifically track down a location either it doesn't have a tracking chip in it, ya know. Once its leaves their place it is no longer in their hands as to what happens to it. They did and will do their job, you should be pissed at Postal Companies not Naps
Tracking number I was given originally was a typo it updated but still says its overseas so idk if its delayed or not but at least now I got some form of security
