I wonder how bad the kid is, it may be that they aren't taking good care of the child. My neighbors have dogs and they aren't picking up the shit and I'm about to write a letter like that. Look a dog shitting all over the place and the owners being assbaskets are one thing. I'd ask the owners to pls pick up the poop so worms weren't spread and no one stepped in it and if they were still dicks you call animal control or whoever would be in charge of leash laws and poop ordinance
...maybe the kid LIKES to be outside and make all matter of noise. I would totally approach this differently, like ask if the family needed a hand with anything. Ask if the kid was able to go do something like horseback riding or volunteer with me or go for walks with me and my dogs but maybe that makes me a stupid douche, idk.
In the end if I thought the kid wasn't being properly cared for I'd call the authorities not write some douchebag letter that won't accomplish anything anyway.

I am a live and let live type of person but fuck that, this bitch needs to take a long walk off a short pier. I would make a joke about the writer needing a good grudge fuck or anal raping but that in some way would dilute how pissed off that letter makes me. With a wife 14 weeks pregnant and having just had to wait for all the results from the early downs/etc.. screenings and knowing how I felt during those few days, the world is better off without people like that.

I have a suspicion the mom just let's her kid sit outside and be loud as fuck because she doesn't want to deal with it anymore. she has her peace and tranquility inside the house for a couple hours at the expense of everyone else... my .02

There is an autistic kid here in our small cul-de-sac and it wails with pleasure at getting home daily from special school and seeing it's folks. Though it is pure natural joy in it's most unselfconscious state I couldn't tolerate it for any length of time. It's piercing.

fair enough, but they also attack without warning.. a friend of mine used to do volunteer work with mentally handicapped children and would regularly come home with bite marks.. he almost lost his life once when he was driving one of them around. the kid punched him in the back of the head and knocked him out.. while he was driving. luckily he was at a stop light and had his unconscious foot on the brake..can you imagine if that happened on the freeway? anyways.. they definitely are dangerous, some are akin to wild animals in a way.. im guessing you've never heard of "retard strength"?
