One Arm (not too high) Incline DB bench Presses, with an underhand grip, with a twist at the top (palms facing forward to start, palms away at the top and then back to palms forward again).

I like this movement a lot because it is so easy to experiment with the "line" you take, (high, medium or low) depending on your specific body structure allowing you to adjust for what feels right. Also, by doing unilateral work you can't rely on your dominant (stronger arm) to heave the weight up. It allows you to see both your strenghts and weaknesses.

That is personally one of my least favorites, but I agree that for most it is an excellent movement.

DB Flat Press. It works the best for me. I love how you can bring them down further then BB press.

Bench flat and then dips. Flys always seem to be a great way to rip my pecs at the end of a workout.

It is funny because you can bring them down further for a great ROM yet I see more guys do half reps with db's than barbells.

I'm surprised anyone would vote pec deck. Flat benches for me.

I picked DB incline press.....I always do them first because my upper pecs have always been harder for me to make grow. So I hit them the hardest first in my workouts....I chose DB because I never have a spot and I prefer to lift alone. I think overal you getter developement from DBs.

Incline press is the only way to go!

Incline Bench: 365 | Squat: 405 | Deadlift: 455

I agree that inclines are the best chest exercise....I think if you don't focus on them your chest will never be right.

Im suprised their arent more DIP people.

I love weighted dips as my main mass exercise.

I voted incline bench press, BB or DB. Awesome movement for me. I would have voted dips, but after elbow problems, they are definitely out....

Hey JD nice seeing you...its been a long time....I would have picked weighted dips if I didn't mess up my shoulder doing them...I used to love them...I still wish I could do them but probably never will again unless I get something done to fix my shoulder.

So it seems dips are a high risk and reward exercise movement?

my chest gets super thick quick doing weighted dips....I guess the additional 225lbs on my belt in addition to my 260lbs at the time did me in....damn gear makes you so strong but your joints don't get any stronger. I think I now have a tear in the RC in my left arm.

i voted dips, but it always seems like one side of my chest gets way more than the other on dips.

Incline dumbbell press for me--nothing gets me good and sore like when I rep it out with this exercise:rocker:

I'm really surprised flat bench press got so many votes, too. Not because its not a decent movement but because IMO its not the best out there for to get your chest growing.

Same here. IMO, the bar limits the range of motion and the workload. I switched primarily to DBs at various angles for chest last year wiht good results for size and strength.

#1 rule is ignore all IRON MANS advice.
