..the subject.. say you workout mon, wed, fri and sunday.. if you do chest on monday and miss it, should you do chest on tues or skip it till next monday?
He doesnt mean the next day literally.. he means the next TRAINING day. Then go from there, atleast thats what I would do.. otherwise it fucks up your schedule.

oo.. Example.. my gym was closed on mon (chest day), and I usualy have tues off.. and do shoulders wed.. So you saying I should do chest on wed and still have tues off?
