if you miss a workout day, should you skip part till next week or do it on a rest day

..the subject.. say you workout mon, wed, fri and sunday.. if you do chest on monday and miss it, should you do chest on tues or skip it till next monday?
 
do it the next day......

He doesnt mean the next day literally.. he means the next TRAINING day. Then go from there, atleast thats what I would do.. otherwise it fucks up your schedule.

oo.. Example.. my gym was closed on mon (chest day), and I usualy have tues off.. and do shoulders wed.. So you saying I should do chest on wed and still have tues off?
 
Yes.. then just continue on the routine as usual. Your days will have switched, but it really doesnt matter.
