I'll try and make it as easy to understand and written in layman terms.

There won't be any cutting and pasting from medical studies or anything like that - I know some of this stuff gets confusing at times - so we'll see what we can do to make it in an A B C format. :nerd:
 
Just an update guys...

I'm working on several topics at once - a couple are very complex and am debating on putting these on the back burner - and instead weaving the complex into MORE RELATIVE information - you can use.

I tend to be a perfectionist with stuff like this and it will dive me nuts if everything isn't perfectly easy to understand. :nerd:

Is there a combination of substances that are synergical? I.e Test + trenbolone + Clen + T3?

Until what point T3 is important to get really shredded?

For me, Testp + Tren A + Masteron + Var + Winstrol + Clen + T3 has been my winner, than if you have loads of bank, HGH would top the cake
 
yea geting really shredded and or ripped cutt etc is what is so hard and all people say is it is your diet bs.no way not the kind of ripped i am talking about like you see on tv where they have muscle everywhere and no fat like 8 packs and shit.anybody including me can be massive and big just eat take gear and train hard i get huge.but i can not get cutt and ripped th shreds.that is the hardest thing to do bar none.

In all honesty DIET is a huge thing when getting shredded. As well as dedicated HIIT cardio bro, gear helps, as well as training sure, but diet is what gets it, Abs are carved in the kitchen brother! :winkfinger:

If you just diet without AAS and T3 you won't loose enought fat at some ponit, and will lose muscle mass

If you just take AAS and T3 but not diet... You guys know what will happend

If you take T3 and diet withou AAS... You should probably look like a marathon athlete... Lol, bench press 10lb and stuff like that

For shredding and keeping mass - here are some starters...

LEAN MASS:

Boldernone undecylenate - Injectable
Methenolone enanthate - Injectable
Nandrolone decanoate - Injectable
Trenbolone enanthate - Injectable (similar to Nandrolone)
Oxandrolone - Oral
Stanozolol - Oral

For a baseline I prefer low testosterone and high trenbolone for the LEAN MASS portion of the cycle.

I'm running Test enanthate 400mg and Trenbolone enanthate 800mg.

T3 and Clenbuterol for the shredding

With T3 - I've seen studies that suggest people can go into a catabolic state running over 100mg - however I've also read of people stating they have when into a catabolic state AT 100mg.

I run mine at 75mg and have tried running over 100mg without feeling like I was in a catabolic state. Either way just keep this in mind.

Adding Clenbuterol - I run a two week cycle - upping my dose to 180mcg which might be too high for many so I would start very low and you'll be able to tell by how you feel - very similar to having several cups of coffee.

The basis for running trenbolone higher than testosterone...

... is they are both highly androgenic and compete for the same androgen receptor.

This is the part that is a little tricky to explain - but this is how it works...

You see, testosterone binds with a cellular target in order to do its "stuff" on the proper hormone receptor site ... "the androgen receptor."

This process is like a lock and key - the receptor is like the lock - the hormone is like the key.

Let's repeat that...

The "Receptor" is like the lock.

The "Hormone/Testosterone" is like the key.


Anabolic steroids are a synthetically manufactured form of the hormone "testosterone" - or a related compound with a similar structure.

so what happens is... when you inject testosterone (the hormone/key) it then binds with its cellular target receptor (the androgen receptor/lock.)

Now back to testosterone and trenbolone - they both compete for the same androgen receptor - so we wand more tren to interact with the receptor for dry lean mass gains.

I hope this gives you some idea of the process. :nerd:
