First off, as I've really looked into a lot of studies in depth I've found HGH by itself doesn't add new muscle mass.

I have a question though -Shouldn't weight training and eating a surplus always add some type of my muscle mass and strength? Why do a lot of people taking HGH say "oh I didn't really gain strength etc..." or the studies state that they didn't gain any strength/muscle mass

I guess my question is by this information what they're saying is HGH completely stops you from gaining muscle mass. I mean if I work bulking up, naturally, gaining .25 lb of lean muscle per week then when I hopped on HGH does this mean I wouldn't gain any?

The internet is very confusing.

HGH is expensive, but it promotes cell division, so from what I understand is standard BB without HGH you take the cells you have and rip them and repair them. with HGH they divide and you have more cells to grow, not sure if this is completely accurate as I never used HGH just too expensive and takes a long time to see any progress. AAS is much quicker

I used it thru a doctor twice 6-month's each. Raised my blood pressure cholesterol, arms hurt body so sore I could not workout. This happened both times and kept lowering dose till it did nothing. I can say it did make my legs better .
