i still stand by 20%..those plastic ones are not accurate although pretty close..you'll get better results using Harpenden calliper..but if you really wanna be accurate do a bod pod test

Not really a big concern of mine at this time though--not for my goals and what im doing. And the ladies haven't been complaining, though I would like a lil more definitation in the abs so 12% bf would be nice.

your only impressvelifts are bench and seated press...that should motivate you plenty if strength i your goal

Lmao half these guys are over 20% bf. I'm not the biggest but I think I look damn good compared to half these contestants. I've yet to see someone else in any of the contests with abs and still be decent size I'm only 205 at 6'1

I'm down to 16.5% since you came out. 1.5% more before March and ill be set for mt major cut

My impressive Lifts:
Shoulder
Chest
Triceps

Unimpressive: Deadlift

Legs should be at 400lbs squat in March--not sure how thats gonna happen but that is what I am told.

My lower back = fucked

I fully admit my weaknesses, never said I was perfect sir.
However, like any smart person I market my strengths to my benefit not my weaknesses. Basics of business sir.
