MY NAME IS TANYA I LOVE TO WORK OUT . I BROUGHT THIS LEG MAGIC AND PULLED MY UPPER THIGH. I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD GO BACK TO WORKING OUT ITS BEEN 3 DAYS NOW IT FEELS A LITTLE BETTER. OH AND IM REALLY TRYING TO KILL THIS FAT FASTER ON MY BACK THIGHS AND WAIST MY STOMACH IS FLAT AND IM 137 LBS I CANT GET THAT EXTRA FAT OFF M Y WAIST AND BACK LEGS. IM TRYING FAT PILLS BUT ITS NOT WORKING. I BROUGHT XENADRINE FROM GNC. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IN THIS SITUATION. THANKYOU VERY MUCH.:daydream:
 
as far as the leg, don't train it again until its healed.

as far as the bodyfat forget about spot reducing and focus on over bodyfat loss, if you expect a supplement to magically burn off this fat you will be disappointed...you need to focus on your diet, I suggest that you start a thread in the diet/nutrition forum and post your daily diet for help.

Very true.

You probably want to stop shopping at GNC. Their products are subpar and overpriced.
 
Yup don't use any supplements and focus on the old school way of reducing fats they're far more effective
